Global Lender on strong growth track seeks SVP of Operations to help scale business in next chapters of growth.  The ideal leader has managed a $500M annual originations shop with full understanding of documentation, funding, and collections.  We are seeking a systems guru, who can automate a back office to state of the art levels and has successfully managed efficiency through automation in past appointments.   In this role, the leader will work closely with the credit team and possess a logical sense of the credit and risk issues that must be considered from approval to booking and ultimate repayment. 

The role will likely require relocation to a desirable location and our client will consider reasonable support to assist with a move for top talent in this function.  Our client will consider Director and VP of Operations candidates who have the high potential to step into a larger role, as well as current COO / Service center heads who bring existing similar experience to this position.

This CEO will be responsible for all aspects of growth, planning, system selection and share in the fruits of the successful venture.  Ideal leader has experience in institutional settings but has also worked in an independent lessor environment, where providing value added solutions and finding opportunities in the margins was the calling.  Must have strong current view of the marketplace and have the ability to articulate a vision of building this sector from start up to $500M in assets over 5 years.
