A lot of it is getting up early. Every day, I'm up at 4:30 or 5 o'clock. I'll get up and read something inspirational for half an hour. Then, I'll do a quick core workout down in my basement to get the blood flowing. And then it's on!

​ My kids are getting up. I'm making lunches. I’m getting everyone ready for school and getting them out the door. So, I think the keys are to get the mind prepared, to get the body moving a bit, and then you're ready to tackle the day.
